ARF has developed a donation refund policy as part of our commitment to honoring and respecting the financial contributions that people make to ARF. ARF relies on donations to design and implement our work, which helpful for our animals, strengthening of NGOs, and policy for the protection of animals. Any change in the quantum of donations adversely impacts the outcome of programmes. We recognise the importance of donations and want to ensure we establish appropriate principles of transparency and fairness with regard to the management of refunds.
We are therefore grateful for your donation and support of our organisation. Donations to ARF are non-refundable. In case of a transaction issue or banking error, please contact us with the date of the donation, donation amount, and mode of payment. Refurnd and Return is allowed 3 days to 1 week. Upon successful processing of your refund request, funds are returned using the original method of payment. Give your proper details and information so we will proceed the process. It may take 30 days to refund.
